Boston Veg Fest

First let’s talk about my FABULOUS new shoes I got from Left Feet. They are made by Vegetarian Shoes and Steve thankfully had a pair in my size. I LOVE THEM! They’re gorgeous and went perfectly with my Black and White Stop Staring polka dot dress. If you’re in Toronto you should run down to Left Feet and pick up a pair!

I didn’t even have to break them in! I wore them all day yesterday and they were as comfy as a pair of slippers.
So my scheduled talk at Veg Fest was at 10:45 am.

Not a bad time … but I’m still struggling a little with West Coast Time jet lag so I was already tired when I got here and I was sharing a hotel room with the lovely Jae Steele.

Things were going great with my new roommate until her boyfriend decided to text message her at 6am. We both woke up. My heart was pounding out of my chest with fear. *laugh* and I couldn’t get back to sleep … so we got up and got ready for Veg Fest. I felt ok at first but by the end of the day I was beyond exhausted.

Boston Veg Fest was INSANE! There were soooo many people there. I was blown away!! The whole festival was run like a tight ship and I met so many fun and fantastic people.

I love this guy … he cracks me up!
I also spent a big portion of my day hanging out with Sir Joshy from Herbivore Clothing. I love Josh. I always have fun hanging out with him.
The gym was HUGE and it was packed tight!
There are so many fantastic and sweet people in Boston.

Once the festival was over a group of us (including the lovely owners of Cosmo’s Vegan Shoppe) took our weary selves to My Thai Cafe and had a wonderful meal.

God it was good. So now I’m off to DC!! Later!!
