As we were walking I noticed a crowd on the sidewalk and police tape… uh oh. 
Victoria was just rated the 9th most dangerous city in Canada and sadly my hometown of Regina came in at #1. Go Riders!
Well there wasn’t a murder but there was a moulting seal on the beach!!
