Hey Gang
I made it through my first week back at work. Woof… it wasn’t easy but it’s nice to be doing something every day that makes me happy rather then loafing around on the sofa.
I tried doing 11-4pm but I’ve found that it’s much busier in the afternoon so we’re going to switch it up this week and try 12-5.
So starting Sunday and for the rest of the week the store will be 12-5pm!
Let’s see how that goes. 🙂
Re: Chemo
My Oncologist at University of Michigan put everything into perspective for me very quickly with this great analogy. Cancer is like a dandelion plant that has gone to seed. Through surgery, they remove the dandelion plant. However, it is unknown how many seeds have spread throughout the body as the wind blows it where it wills. Chemotherapy is like the weed killer. Chemotherapy is hell . I had 16 rounds of Chemo. But I am thankful everyday that I did it and made it through. Everyone has to make their own decision.
